EVMs are not tamper-proof: Digvijay Singh

Congress' leader Digvijay Singh has once again blamed the Electronic Voting Machines on the day of the Bihar Assembly Elections result. The Congress leader added that EVMs are not tamper-proof, and selective tampering is done.

On the contrary, Karti Chidambaram, son of former Union Minister P Chidambaram, had earlier tweeted "it's time to stop blaming the EVM".
