Envoys from different countries to visit Jammu and Kashmir on 18th February

The government of India is likely to organise envoys of different countries to visit Jammu and Kashmir on 18th and 19th February. This can be considered India's outreach program where the ambassadors will observe the condition of Kashmir after the repeal of Article 370. Ambassadors will be from the Gulf and European nations.
