Elections should be held with Ballot Papers & not EVMs: Pappu Yadav

Seeing the NDA's lead in the Bihar Assembly elections, Jan Adhikar Party President Pappu Yadav has blamed the defeat on the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM). Pappu Yadav said that elections should not be held using EVMs. 

The election of the 243-member assembly has been held in three phases on October 28, November 3, and November 7.
