Eerie silence in Devapur post swollen Gandak river submerges all

ABP News went to Uttar Pradesh's Devapur where the village was vacated by the residents as the swollen Gandak river entered the village late at night. The water level was so high that all the houses, markets, streets etc were submerged completely.
