EC issues notice to Kapil Mishra over Ind vs Pak tweet

As the Delhi elections approach, statements by candidates are becoming more and more reckless. On 23 January, Kapil Mishra had tweeted that on 8th February, it is going to be India vs Pakistan in Delhi. It is the same date when Delhi goes to polls. Kapil said the same thing to media. Now, Election Commission has issued a notice to Kapil Mishra seeking a response on this tweet.
