Digital Census 2021: First phase postponed due to COVID

The first phase of the digital census 2021 has been postponed due to Coronavirus outbreak. The Lok Sabha was informed that the process was postponed due to the pandemic. The Census was to begin from April 1 but now it will not be done on the scheduled date. Apart from this updating NPR has been stayed too
