Dhanbad judge death case: Auto driver arrested

ASJ Uttam Anand had gone for a morning walk when he was hit by an auto-driver. The judge later succumbed to injuries he had sustained. The whole thing was captured on a near by CCTV and hence the police were able to catch the accused. Take a look at the video to know the details of the case.
