Delhi records coldest November in 71 years: IMD

Delhi has recorded the frostiest November in the past 71 years. A study has been done by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD). The average temperature remained around 12.9 degrees. On the other hand, the lowest temperature recorded in November was 6 degrees which was a record in itself.
