Delhi poll 2020: Is it anarchy vs nationalism as BJP claims?

The dates for Delhi state elections are out and despite being a three way contest between Congress, AAP and BJP, the latter two are focusing on each other as the main rivals. While the BJP is touting the work done by the Narendra Modi government and calling it an election of anarchy vs nationalism, the AAP party is raising the slogan "achhe beete 5 saal, lage raho Kejriwal."
