One shocking development has emerged in Delhi car blast investigation. During probe, the guard of Al-Falah University made a startling disclosure about Dr. Umar. The guard revealed that Dr. Umar had been living in Tower 17, Room no. 4 of the university. For the past eight months, he had been conducting experiments that were not related to science.
