Delhi Assembly's second special session begins with a ruckus

Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party MLAs display placards and banner alleging BJP of a Rs 2,400 crores scam, on the second day of the special Delhi Assembly session. AAP has been demanding an MCD rent waiver in the Delhi Assembly. AAP MLAs are also demanding CBI investigation for a long time. MCD is also levying corruption allegations against AAP.
