Dal Lake freezes as temperature dips to -6 degree Celsius

Freezing cold has started all over North India but the temperature in Kashmir has reached below zero. Dal Lake in Srinagar is frozen. The temperature in the area has reached minus 6 degrees. The record of hundred years has been broken in Delhi. On the occasion of New Year, people are arriving in hilly areas to celebrate.
