Coronavirus India Update: Buses in Delhi run at full capacity, no rules flouted

As India enters the third wave of COVID-19, the Delhi government has permitted the buses to run at full capacity in the national capital. ABP News team travelled in the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus to check if the buses are running within the COVID-19 guidelines. People were seen wearing masks, there was no rush in the buses.
