Congress 'promotes' 15 MLAs in Chhattisgarh, lessons learnt from Rajasthan & MP

Congress lost the government in Madhya Pradesh and is facing a sever internal crisis in Rajasthan. Now in Chhattisgarh, Congress has appointed 15 MLAs as parliamentary secretaries to pacify those who may be unhappy with the Baghel government for whatever reason. The 'promotion' is seen by many as lessons learnt by Congress from debacle in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
