Coaching is not mandatory to clear UPSC, says second topper

Second rank holder Jatin Kishore revealed UPSC Topper 2019 was his second attempt. He had failed to clear prelims last time but cleared all three stages this time around. He suggested aspiring candidates not to only study all the time but do other activities as well.
