Chinese cyber attackers not behind October 12 grid failure in Mumbai: RK Singh

Union Minister RK Singh was talking to ABP News over the power-cut in Mumbai which took place on October 12. RK Singh said that China was not behind the power-cut but it was surely possible that the Chinese were behind the multiple cyberattacks that took place.
