Chamba: Vehicle slips off the road, 4 dead

In a tragic accident in Himachal Pradesh's Chamba, four youth were killed in a road accident. The vehicle in which they were travelling slipped off the road and fell off the cliff. One person who was in the car has survived the accident but is critically injured.
