Celebratory firing injures 12-year-old during wedding in Bihar's Arrah

A 12-year-old boy was shot dead when an attendee of a wedding in Bihar's Arrah indulged in celebratory firing. The boy was injured brutally. His condition was critical and hence was referred to Patna.
