Budget 2022: Will govt bring oil into GST segment?

Crude oil, natural gas, and petroleum products have all been demanded to be included in the GST by the oil and gas industry. Increasing demand, combined with OPEC+'s graded increases in production and supply, has pushed international crude oil prices to their highest levels since 2014, with prices currently hovering around $88-89/bbl as of end-January 2022.
