Breaking: Raisen Rape Case Accused Salman Arrested After Encounter, Shot in Leg

A major update has emerged from Madhya Pradesh’s Raisen district, where the accused in the shocking rape case of a 6-year-old girl, identified as Salman, has been arrested from Bhopal after a brief police encounter. Salman had been absconding for six days, prompting continuous protests and demands for his immediate arrest. According to officials, he tried to flee when police were transporting him, and even attempted to snatch a weapon. In the retaliatory firing, he was shot in the leg and later admitted to a hospital. Police teams had been searching for him across multiple locations, and finally apprehended him in Bhopal’s Gandhi Nagar area, where he was looking for a rented room. After his recovery, he will be produced in court, and further interrogation will follow.
