Breaking News: Delhi Focuses on Public Safety, Grievance Resolution, and Crime Control in Key Meeting

ABP News Bureau   |  01 Mar 2025 10:37 AM (IST)

In a recent meeting in Delhi, it was emphasized that ensuring the safety of senior citizens, women, and children, as well as resolving public grievances, would be a top priority. DCP-level officers were instructed to organize awareness camps to address public concerns promptly. The meeting also focused on maintaining law and order, with a strict stance against any leniency in policing. Additionally, efforts will be intensified against illegal encroachments, and an anti-encroachment campaign will be launched. A zero-tolerance approach will be implemented in crime control. Home Minister Amit Shah has also directed the preparation of a Monsoon Action Plan, which will identify flood-prone areas and ensure timely interventions. There are plans to tackle traffic congestion as well.
