BJP's majority numbers are baseless: Cong leader Ahmed Patel

Congress leader Ahmed Patel said that BJP's majority numbers are baseless and Shiv Sena, Congress & NCP will win for sure in floor test. 
When asked about pro-tem speaker, Ahmed Patel said that the senior most MLA should be chosen for the post to conduct the test ethically.
