Bihar: War of words between CM Nitish Kumar's 2 ministers

Bihar Social Welfare Minister Madan Sahni has offered to resign from his post after a war of words with party minister Jivesh Mishra. Saini also alleged that the ministers and MLAs are ignored in Bihar due to the bureaucracy's dominance. Sahni is a JD(U) MLA from the Bahadurpur constituency in the Darbhanga district.
