Bihar 'Susashan' in question post two high-profile murder cases including Rupesh Kumar & Shashi Ranjan Jha

Post the murder of Indigo airport Manager, Rupesh Kumar, there was stir in the state of Bihar. Within next four days was the murder of Shashi Ranjan Jha and hence the law and order of the state is in question.
