Bihar: Pappu Yadav's tractor overturns while visiting flood affected area

Pappu Yadav survived the accident when his tractor overturned while visiting the flood affected area of Gopalganj. He was not hurt in any way. The tractor was removed from the pit with the help of the local people. 

Bihar is facing floods these days and the locals are facing various difficulties due to it.
