Bihar: Officer makes Home Guard do sit-ups for asking pass

In a viral video from Bihar's Araria, a Home Guard is seen doing sit-ups in front of district Agriculture officer. He is seen begging and apologising as well. All this is happening as he asked for a pass from an officer of Agriculture Department during lockdown amid the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. Investigation is under process now
