Bihar MLA's intensive response on road connectivity question

Bihar MLA Ravindra Yadav has found himself in hot water over a loose comment he made to his constituents. When Yadav was reminded by a constituent that he had promised that roads will be constructed in the village, the BJP MLA responded that he is not 'Vishwakarma' that he will get all the roads constructed.

When he tried to speak in English and the constituents asked him to speak in Hindi, the MLA rebuked them to learn English.
