Bal Thackeray would have felt happy today: Sharad Pawar

Sharad Pawar was addressing the gathering at the Trident hotel when he revealed that the oath ceremony would take place on December 1. He added that if on the day Bal Thackeray would have been alive then he would have felt happy to see the present situation in Maharashtra. 
Earlier in the day, Devendra Fadnavis resigned admitting the fact that Bharatiya Janata Party did not have enough numbers to prove majority and pass the floor test
