Remember the Anamika Shukla scandal? A woman used this name to draw a salary from multiple postings simultaneously. Turns out that wasn't an isolated incident. Another such scandal has now been unearthed. Meet Rambha Pandey from Mau, Uttar Pradesh. She allegedly has been drawing salary by the name of Mamata Rai since 2011 as a teacher in government schools.
