Union Home Minister, Amit Shah met Prime Minister Modi on Friday. Home Minister Amit Shah reached out to discuss lockdown 5.0 with PM Modi. In a day or two, the central government will announce its decision on the lockdown.
The lockdown has been in force in the country since March 24 to prevent the coronavirus epidemic. Lockdown 4.0 expires two days later, ie 31 May. The fourth phase of the lockdown was relaxed and many decisions were left to the states.
