40 lakh people have been given ownership rights by Narendra Modi government. These people were earlier living in unauthorised colonies. These people are expected to attend Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mega rally at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan. It would be a way to say thank you to PM Modi.
