Agrarian reform bills should be referred to select committee: Digvijay Singh

Digvijaya Singh is currently the general secretary of the Congress Party and a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha. Digvijay Singh said that the agrarian reform bills should be referred to the select committee. "Why is PM Modi in such a hurry to get the bill passed?" asked Digvijay Singh.

All the three agricultural bills passed by Lok Sabha, Agriculture Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill 2020, Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Contract Bill 2020 on Price Assurance and Agricultural Services, Essential Commodities Amendment Bill will be introduced in Rajya Sabha today.
