AAP MLA Somnath Bharti sent to 14-day judicial custody post objectionable comments

The Aam Aadmi Party MLA Somnath Bharti was arrested for making objectionable comments against Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath but before the arrested ink was thrown at him. The MLA was in Rae Bareli when the incident took place.
Later, a FIR was registered against him.
