15-year-old exposes Uttarakhand govt's corrupt practices

15-yar-old, Suhana, made sure that news about the problems faced by locals got the attention of the Chief Minister. In Uttarakhand's Chamoli, a new road was laid down. But within a few days, there were potholes, irregular edges. The issues were highlighted by Suhana via a video which was released online. The video went viral and now the government is constructing the road again.
