'I am certain that the farmer's issue will be resolved', says Narendra Singh Tomar

The farmers' issue has been going on for a long time and it hasn't been resolved yet. Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has said, 'Anyone can express dissent if they disagree'.
