Hearing underway in Bombay HC over Param Bir Singh's plea

Former Police Commissioner of Mumbai, Param Bir Singh hearing has begun. He has demanded a CBI inquiry against Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in the filed PIL. He was repeatedly asked why no FIR had been filed on his allegations against the minister. Param Bir's lawyer said that it is a very serious matter.
