Ground report from protest site in Delhi

The victim, who had sustained over 90 per cent burns, was airlifted from Lucknow to Delhi late on Thursday evening and remained conscious till nine o'clock in the night. The Chief Minister, in a statement, said: "The incident is very sad and unfortunate" and expressed his condolences to the family of the victim.
