Ground Report from Mumbai after Half Lock-Down

The Maharashtra government on Wednesday came up with more regulations to reduce crowds outside and in public transport. Henceforth, state government offices will work at 50% capacity. The state administration has taken a step towards a lockdown, for now, it is partial. Trains, state transport buses, private buses, metros will be running at half the capacity. All these transport systems have been asked to carry half of their passenger-carrying capacity.
