First day of lockdown in Delhi | Ground Report

People were commuting even on the first day of lockdown in Delhi. Police is checking each vehicle for the ID and purpose. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had said that in the duration of lockdown all essential services with regard to food, medicine, etc would continue.
