Farm Laws repeal | Has PM Modi delayed decision making?

The families of the farmers who lost their lives during the farmers' protest are saying that if this decision was taken earlier than it would have saved many lives. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing the country on the previous day, said that the government will withdraw all the three agricultural laws.
