EXPLAINED | Lucknow-Mumbai Pushpak Express Train incident: GRP CP shares what exactly happened

The incident of alleged gang-rape with a woman in Lucknow-Mumbai Pushpak Express has come to light.  GRP Commissioner Kaiser Khalid told that about 8 people had boarded the train.
