Excessive rain leads to crop failure in Bihar's Muzaffarpur

Excessive rain and hailstorm in Bihar's Muzaffarpur have resulted in crop failure. Farmers are forced to either distribute the produce in free or sell in Rs 1 or Rs 2 per kg. They have heavy loans to pay and are unable to make their ends meet these days.
