Dr. Sandeep Budhiraja explains difference in oxygen consumption by various states

Dr. Sandeep Budhiraja, Oxygen audit committee member and Group Medical Director Max healthcare while talking to ABP News explained why there is a huge difference in the oxygen requirement of Maharashtra and Delhi while the cases were more in the former.
