Detailed report over the least number of working days in Parliament | ICH

. PRS Legislative Research has worked on the functioning of Parliament since 1999. According to its report, the least work in Parliament was done in the 2010 winter session when the Manmohan Singh government was in power and the BJP was in the opposition. Then only 6 percent work was done in the Lok Sabha and two percent in the Rajya Sabha.
