Due to heavy rains in Delhi on Saturday morning, water-logging has occurred in many areas. Many places, including Minto Bridge, Moolchand Underpass and ITO, are seen flooded with water. Due to the waterlogging, the Delhi Traffic Police has closed many underpasses. Watch the video to know more.
