Delhi Pollution: Will Lockdown be imposed?

The Supreme Court on Saturday expressed strong displeasure over the government's failure to curb pollution in Delhi NCR. The court warned that emergency steps should be taken to improve the situation.  If necessary, the imposition of lockdown in Delhi for a few days should also be considered.
