COVID-19: Antibody testing kits reaches Ahmedabad

At least 6.5 lakh rapid antibody testing kits and RNA extraction kits imported from China by the Central government are arrived in the country for Covid-19 patients on Thursday. Out of these 6.5 lakh kits, 24 thousand rapid testing kits have reached Ahmedabad. This test is offered to the contact of a lab-confirmed case and in case a healthcare worker shows up symptoms of COVID-19 then this test can be offered to him or her as well. The entire nation is under lockdown till 3 to combat the deadly coronavirus.
