Corona Crisis: Who is responsible for deaths?

 The second wave of Corona infection is causing havoc in India. The number of patients suffering from this infection is increasing every day. 3754 corona infected patients have lost their lives due to the novel COVID-19. Significantly, many states have announced lockdowns to overcome the corona infection in the country.  For the last four days, over four lakh corona cases were being reported.
