Congress and NCP should opt out for goverment formation: Sanjay Nirupam

Government in Maharashtra has still not been formed. The opposition has claimed to form the government. Congress minister Sanjay Nirupam says BJP should get a chance to prove the majority and form the government.If BJP is unable to prove so then also NCP and Congress should opyt out for government formation and accept the mendate of being the opposite party.
