Coal Scam: CBI issues Lookout circular against Vinay Mishra's elder brother Vikas

The CBI has taken a major action in West Bengal Coal scam. The agency has issued a lookout circular against Vinay Mishra's elder brother, Vikas. As per the CBI Sources, many notices were issued to Vikas Mishra for interrogation but he did not appear before the agency. The CBI is planning to get INTERPOL's Red Corner notice.
